Cancellation policy
Subscriptions (The Monthly Drop) By signing up for a TBMC Subscription, you are joining our Monthly Drop program. You will receive a new delivery once per month, or every three months, depending on the frequency selected at checkout.

Billing: Your payment details are stored securely via Shopify Vaulting. You will be automatically charged on a recurring basis aligned with your selection (Monthly or every 3 Months) until you choose to cancel.

Managing Your Drop: We believe in the "Bare Minimum" of stress. You can skip a month, change your delivery address, or cancel your subscription at any time via the Customer Portal. Access this through your account login or the "Manage Subscription" link in your order confirmation email.

Fulfillment: Subscription items are fulfilled directly from our Home HQ. Because these are limited-run drops, once a payment has been processed for the month, that order is locked in for fulfillment and cannot be canceled for that specific period.

Cancellations: You must cancel your subscription before the next billing cycle to avoid being charged for the following month’s drop.
Pre-Orders Occasionally, we offer Pre-Orders for upcoming Core Collection items or limited hardware.

Payment: When you purchase a pre-order, you are securing an item that is currently in production. Payment is collected in full at checkout to secure your place in the queue.

Fulfillment: Pre-orders will ship as soon as stock arrives at our designated fulfillment center (either Home HQ or Inkthreadable). Estimated shipping dates will be provided on the product page.

Cancellation: You may cancel a pre-order for a full refund at any time before the item has been fulfilled. Once the item has been shipped, our standard Refund Policy applies.
