1. Promotion period

  1. The giveaway opens at 07:37 (BST) on 21 September 2026 and closes at 15:00 (BST) on Wednesday 30 September 2026 ("the Closing Date").
  2. Entries received after the Closing Date will not be counted.

2. Eligibility

  1. The giveaway is open to UK residents aged 18 or over only.
  2. Employees of FineAF LTD, their families, and anyone professionally connected to the promotion are not eligible to enter.
  3. No purchase is necessary to enter.
  4. One entry form submission per person (per email address). Multiple email addresses or accounts used to gain an unfair advantage will result in disqualification of all related entries.

3. How to enter

  1. Enter your email address on the giveaway entry form hosted by KingSumo at: https://kingsumo.com/g/1075lg3/win-a-free-month-of-the-tbmc-edit-our-new-anti-hustle-t-shirt-subscription
  2. Bonus entries can be earned by completing optional actions offered within the entry form: following TBMC on Instagram, Facebook or Pinterest, and referring friends using your personal referral link (bonus entries are awarded for each friend who enters through that link). Bonus actions are optional and are not required to enter or to win.
  3. Each bonus entry gives you an additional chance in the draw.
  4. By entering, you confirm the information you provide is accurate.

4. The prize

  1. Five (5) winners will each receive one (1) free month of The TBMC Edit, TBMC's monthly t-shirt subscription. This is one limited-edition t-shirt from the October 2026 drop, worth £21.95.
  2. The prize is delivered as a discount code that makes the first month's payment £0.
  3. To claim the prize, winners must sign up to The TBMC Edit at tbmc.shop using their code, which includes adding a payment card at checkout. No payment is taken for the first month.
  4. Unless cancelled, the subscription will continue as a normal paid subscription at £21.95 per month from the second month onwards. Winners can cancel at any time before the second payment date at no cost. We will email each winner a reminder before any payment is taken, including the payment date, the amount, and how to cancel.
  5. Winners are not obliged to keep the subscription after the free month.
  6. There is no cash or other alternative to the prize, in whole or in part. The prize is non-transferable.
  7. Delivery is to UK addresses only.

5. Winner selection

  1. Five winners will be selected at random from all valid entries using KingSumo's randomised draw, after the Closing Date.
  2. The draw will take place within 2 days of the Closing Date.
  3. Winners will be notified by email, using the address they entered with.
  4. Winners must claim their prize by 07/10/2026. If a prize is not claimed by then, we may select an alternative winner at random from the remaining valid entries.
  5. Everyone who enters will be emailed once the winners have been picked, win or not.
  6. TBMC's decision on the winners is final.

6. Announcement

Winners' first names (or social media handles, where applicable) may be announced on TBMC's Instagram, Facebook and/or Pinterest. No other personal details will be shared publicly without consent.

7. Data use

  1. Entry information is collected through KingSumo on our behalf and used to run the giveaway and contact entrants and winners.
  2. Entering the giveaway does not add you to TBMC's email list. Your email address is only added if you tick the box to receive marketing emails when you enter. You do not need to opt in to enter or to win, and you can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email.

8. Platform disclaimer

This promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Facebook, Meta Platforms, Inc., or Pinterest. Any information entrants provide is provided to FineAF LTD, not to Instagram, Facebook, Meta or Pinterest, and entrants release those platforms from all liability arising from this promotion.

9. General

  1. FineAF LTD may cancel or amend the promotion, or these terms, if circumstances outside its reasonable control make it necessary. Any changes will be published on this page.
  2. FineAF LTD's decision in all matters relating to the promotion is final.
  3. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
