Giveaway Terms & Conditions

1. Promotion period

The giveaway opens at 00:00 (BST) on 5 July 2026 and closes at 23:59 (BST) on 19 July 2026 ("the Closing Date"). Entries received after the Closing Date will not be counted.

2. Eligibility

  1. The giveaway is open to UK residents aged 18 or over only.
  2. Employees of FineAF LTD, their families, and anyone professionally connected to the promotion are not eligible to enter.
  3. No purchase is necessary to enter or to win.
  4. Only one entrant per person (per email address). Multiple accounts or entries created to gain an unfair advantage will be disqualified.

3. How to enter

  1. Entrants submit their email address via the giveaway entry form hosted at https://www.tbmc.shop/pages/giveaway.
  2. Bonus entries may be earned by completing additional actions offered within the entry form (e.g. following TBMC on Instagram or Facebook, or sharing the giveaway with others). These actions are optional and are not required to enter.
  3. By entering, entrants confirm the information they provide is accurate.

4. The prize

  1. One (1) winner will receive one (1) t-shirt from The Bare Minimum Club's current design range.
  2. The winner may choose their preferred design and size from the designs available at the time of the draw.
  3. There is no cash or other alternative to the prize, in whole or in part.
  4. The prize is non-transferable.
  5. Delivery is to UK addresses only.

5. Winner selection

  1. The winner will be selected at random from all valid entries received during the promotion period, using the giveaway platform's randomised draw.
  2. The draw will take place within 7 days of the Closing Date.
  3. The winner will be notified by email and/or via a direct message or comment on TBMC's Instagram or Facebook page.
  4. The winner must respond within 7 days of being notified and provide a UK delivery address. If no response is received within this time, we reserve the right to select an alternative winner at random from the remaining valid entries.
  5. TBMC's decision on the winner is final.

6. Announcement

The winner's first name (or social media handle, where applicable) may be announced publicly on TBMC's Instagram and/or Facebook pages. No other personal details will be shared publicly without consent.

7. Data use

  1. Information collected through the entry form will be used to administer the giveaway and contact the winner.
  2. If an entrant opts in during entry, their email address may also be added to TBMC's mailing list. Entrants can unsubscribe at any time.
  3. Entry data will be handled in accordance with TBMC's privacy policy, available at https://www.tbmc.shop/policies/privacy-policy, and in line with UK GDPR.

8. Platform disclaimer

This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook, Instagram, or Meta Platforms, Inc. Any information or data provided by entrants is provided to FineAF LTD and not to Facebook, Instagram, or Meta. Entrants release Facebook, Instagram, and Meta from any and all liability arising from this promotion.

9. General

  1. FineAF LTD reserves the right to cancel or amend the promotion, or these terms and conditions, without notice if circumstances arise outside of its control.
  2. FineAF LTD's decision in all matters relating to the promotion is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
  3. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
